How it Works

As soon as you book, we provide you with pertinent planning information to help guide you through the planning process for any outstanding items you’re planning yourself. We are available to assist you throughout the planning process with recommendations and guidance, as needed. We utilize a series of Questionnaires throughout the planning to make sure you and our team are on the same page every step of the way. Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Vendor and Venue Research + Recommendations (let’s get creative!)
  • Creation + Editing of Final Timeline of Events
  • Development of Planning Timeline (leading up to the event)
  • Planning Tools + Templates
  • Coordinate Day-of Timeline with Vendors
  • Final Vendor Confirmation
  • On-Site Event Management
  • On-Site Distribution of Payments + Gratuities
