If you’re here we are super excited to have you! To start, we want to point out a myth that sometimes lurks in the lives of Event Coordinators/Planners– we don’t just work with people who dislike planning themselves, or people who don’t want to plan, or people who don’t know how to plan. In reality, we work with planner-types just like ourselves all of the time. In our case we actually find it happens more often than not…and that’s great! Seriously, it’s really awesome. You know what happens when you have multiple planners working together to create an event? Yeah, you may have guessed, but it’s a FANTASTIC event!
So where do professional Event Coordinators come in then? Well, we come into the picture when you need us, and we make sure your perfectly planned event is executed and you can ENJOY it. That you enjoy it to the fullest! We are involved to assist and help with ideas along the way (for the planner-types, of course), and then to allow you to experience the results of all of your efforts and hard work. Professionals are never there to steal your thunder. We know how much dedication, thought, and time goes into planning any event, especially your own wedding. We want to help you showcase what you’ve done and be there on your side when you need it most. You’re proud of what you’ve put together and we are, too.
Now don’t get us wrong, not everyone is the planning-type and that’s okay. We love our non-planner-types just the same! We simply wanted to get the word out that even the best of planners need planners on their side, too. We even need back-up assistance from colleagues and team members to bounce ideas off each other and make sure the event runs as smoothly as possible. Do you feel super pumped to go plan something now or is that just us? 🙂

The featured image for this Blog, while previously displayed via social media and currently the cover of our website, 100% portrays the excitement we feel when we plan something awesome- with or without our planning-type clients and colleagues. Plus, it’s always a good time to pop a bottle, right?!
